We adapted a dynamic transmission model to replicate influenza seasonality in Belgium, comparing 6,720 mutually exclusive vaccination options, including current practice. The results of this analysis indicate that the most cost-effective programs are those that achieve high vaccination coverage in all children (up to 90% from the current uptake of 0.07%). The full table of results, including uncertainty, is available in the following web application.
