FluTE Emulator
FluTE is an individual-based model for influenza transmission with options for reactive vaccination strategies. We optimized the parameter space to observe the relation between vaccination coverage and cumulative clinical attack rate. The result is the following emulator based on the complex simulation model to obtain systems understanding and instant predictions for the attack rate. (Legend).
